Scotia Private Client Group

ASSIGNMENT

To develop a client engagement program which could be implemented over a sustained period of time, in multiple geographic markets and which provides a combination of high quality entertainment (both visual and performing) coupled with selected intellectual experiences in fields other than cultural.

CHALLENGE

Corporate clients have been repeatedly invited to similar types of entertainment, such as sporting events and cocktail receptions. Arts & Communications was hired to think outside the box and create truly one-of-a-kind experiences. Clients in each of SPCG’s markets needed to be reached and the quality of the events had to be maintained across Canada.

SOLUTION

Arts & Communications developed a platform called, “Scotia Private Client Group Great Nights”. A series of unique events that enabled SPCG to engage their clients in a variety of experiences that varied from arts, culture, science, magic and music. An intimate evening with Canadian superstar Michael Bublé was planned in both Toronto and Vancouver. Master illusionist David Ben performed six private performances that were aimed towards SPCG clients and their families. Special evenings in various art forms including performances such as a night in Calgary with the wining laureate from the Honens International Piano Competition, a private gallery tour at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts to view the masterpieces in the Paintings from Provence and the Gairdner Awards, one of the most prestigious accolades in the field of medical science were all incorporated in the Great Nights experience.
